In 2009 Brenda joined Action Realty Property Management and increased sales and inventory more than 50%. As a General Manager to the firm she gained experience in residential and commercial investing. Working within the residential and commercial property industry for nearly 10 years, she possesses well-rounded experience concerning construction, leasing, and administrative processes associated with real estate and residential properties. Involved within nearly every aspect of interior and exterior construction logistics to new business development, she has in-depth insight to the property aspect of your business.

Brenda has financial experience as well as assisting with the daily logistics of the project. She's assisted companies with ground floor real estate endeavors, utilizing her entrepreneurial spirit to advance the company’s short and long-term revenue goals.

She's represented a number of parties – Owner, REO Company, General Contractor, Construction Management Team, and Title Company – on small to large properties, including third-party agencies: zoning, permits, and venture capitalists.

Brenda is currently positioned with McAllen Real Estate and is focused on obtaining new management clients and raising capital for the Real Estate Property Management Division.
